If you are notified that your identity couldn’t be verified, it could be because due to one of
the following reasons :
- The information you provided did not match your identity. Please check to make sure your full name and date of birth are correct.
- If you are an adult sponsoring a teen, and are requested for information please submit your information and not your teen’s information because we need to first verify your identity.
- Additional documents (copy of your photo ID) we received were of poor image quality.
- We do not accept PO Boxes or commercial addresses. You need to provide your full
residential address so we can verify your identity.
Note: Unless your identity is verified you will not be able to create your StoreCash bank account for security reasons.
