First things first - you need to deactivate your card. Here’s how you can do it from the app :
- Open StoreCash app and select “Manage Cards” from the menu option.
- Select “StoreCash Debit Card” option.
- Select “Deactivate Card” button.
- If your Face ID or fingerprint is not enabled, you’ll be prompted to put in your 4-digit passcode that you set up during the signup process.
By following these steps, you’ve successfully deactivated your card. So even if your lost card falls into the wrong hands, you need not worry because they will not be able to use your card.
Next step is to contact us to let us know that you’ve lost your card and request for a new card which will permanently disable your lost card.
