When you see a charge you don’t recognize it’s important to contact that merchant. We have compiled a list of some common merchants and how to reach them to request for a refund.
Our team will not be able to help you file a dispute unless you've contacted the merchant’s customer support and sent us a copy of your communication with them. We recommend contacting them in written form so you can submit a copy to us. This could be:
- A transcript of a chat with their support
- An email correspondence
How come?
When we submit a dispute claim, we have to build a strong case as to why you are owed a refund. With these merchants, we must provide evidence that you've made an attempt to contact their support and were denied a refund. We won't be able to submit your dispute case without this evidence.
