As a security measure we will require you to set up a 4-digit passcode at signup. You will need to input this passcode before you send money or change any account information. This is to ensure it’s really you trying to access your money or information!
As an alternative to this, you can also enable Face ID or Touch ID if your phone has those biometric features. In the event the biometric verification fails, we’ll ask you to enter your 4-digit passcode.
# RESET PASSCODE
- If you are logged into the StoreCash app, go to the “Settings” menu option. There you’ll find an option to reset your passcode.
- If you are logged out of the app just log in and on the “Enter your passcode” page you can select the “Reset Passcode” link.
