You might sometimes see the status of your transaction as pending or declined.
A pending transaction is one that is approved, but has not fully been processed yet. It can take up to 3-5 business days or sooner to get updated on your account.
- Your transaction could get declined if there are insufficient funds in your account, entered the wrong billing address, CVV code or Expiry date. Please double check your information and ensure you have the full amount to successfully make the purchase.
- Important to remember that you can only spend the money that is in your StoreCash account. So if your balance is low then simply add funds by connecting an external bank account or request funds from another StoreCash user.
