To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
- Please make sure that you are viewing the correct store card in your in-app wallet. It is possible that you are getting an error because you have accidentally selected the wrong store card.
- If you've selected the right card, check if the store accepts payments via barcode or QR code. If they do, please use our 'Scan Barcode/QR Code' option to complete your in-store purchase.
- If the store does not have a barcode scanner, then can you try & input the card number & PIN once again? Please be careful when entering the numbers to avoid duplicating or adding extra digits.
- If it still doesn't work then please reach out to customer support so we can investigate the issue further. Also, please note that it may take up to 48 hours to complete the investigation.
