If the payment is successful, then a card will be generated and be available for you to use in your in-app wallet. You will also receive an order confirmation email from StoreCash.
However, if your card does not show up in your wallet, the first step is to confirm if the money got deducted from your payment method.
If the payment is not deducted from your card, then it means that for some unknown reason your order was never processed & there is no further action you need to take. You can simply try placing an order once again.
If the money did get deducted, then please reach out to customer support so they can help you sort this out. Before you reach out to customer support, make sure you grab your order number & other details either from the order confirmation email you received from StoreCash.
If you did not receive an email, then please go to “Activity” under the menu to find the order number & other details.
Typically, an investigation is done involving our IT & security team to assess what went wrong, and you’ll be notified of the next steps based on the investigation.
